Parallel import is not eligible for warranty and repair services
 
Considering the prevalence of parallel import and overseas purchasing, some baby products selling in Hong Kong have not been tested and certified to any safety standard according to Hong Kong regulations. In order to protect the interests of customers, our company and our authorized distributors will not provide warranty and repair services on the following items.
 
1.    Parallel imports and overseas purchasing of Combi productsAll Combi products which are not imported by our authorized distributor(s) will be considered as parallel imports. Since different regulations and product specifications are applied in different countries, taking account of user safety, we will not provide warranty and repair services on parallel imports.
 
2.    Combi products sold by non-authorized dealers.With unknown origin, we cannot verify if the goods are conformed to the safety standard under Hong Kong regulations. Therefore, we will not provide warranty and repair services.
 
We appeal to all customers to purchase Combi products imported by our authorized distributors and sold through our authorized dealers, which are tested in compliance with Hong Kong regulations, in order to enjoy the warranty and related after-sales maintenance services and other benefits.
